Learn how to set up and start using JHorizon for AI brand intelligence
Quick Start
JHorizon helps you track and analyze how your brand appears in AI-generated responses across multiple platforms. This guide will walk you through setting up your first organization and running your first analysis.
Create Your Account
Sign up for JHorizon using your email address. You'll be prompted to create your first company profile.
Your company acts as the top-level container for all your organizations (brands/reports).
Set Up Your Organization
After creating your account, you'll enter the onboarding flow:
- Name your organization - This could be a brand name or report name
- Add your description - Describe what your brand does
- Configure your brand - Add your primary brand information
- Add competitors - Track up to 5 competing brands
- Select tracked queries - Choose from 15 default prompts or customize your own
Run Your First Analysis
Once setup is complete, JHorizon will automatically:
- Execute your tracked queries across 5 AI models
- Analyze brand mentions and sentiment
- Scrape and analyze citation sources
- Generate comprehensive analytics
Initial analysis can take 5-10 minutes depending on the number of queries and citations found.
View Your Dashboard
Navigate to your organization's dashboard to see:
- Brand Rankings - How your brand ranks compared to competitors
- Sentiment Analysis - Positive, neutral, or negative mentions
- Citation Sources - Which websites AI models reference
- Model Comparisons - Performance across different AI platforms
Key Concepts
Organizations
Individual brands or reports you want to track. Each organization can monitor multiple brands and competitors.
Tracked Queries
Questions or prompts you want AI models to answer. These help measure your brand's visibility in specific contexts.
Workflow Phases
Multi-phase pipeline that generates LLM responses, extracts analytics, scrapes citations, and syncs to Tinybird.
Analytics Data
Comprehensive metrics including rankings, sentiment, citations, and competitive positioning.
